Reviews Completed by the Operational Excellence Council

Work Order System

The Operational Excellence Council (OEC) would like to thank the Department of Facilities for their collaboration and collegiality in reviewing the Footprints work order system. Recommendations have been made and through partnership with the Department, priority areas for efficiency improvement are being implemented.

Student Web Portal

In conjunction with the Office of Information Technology, the OEC reviewed user experience through two student web portals: eCampus and AU2GO. Planned eCampus changes will take place in February 2018, and suggestions for improvement have been made to the AU2GO app. OEC will undertake another review of user experience by administering a student technology survey, aimed for Fall 2018. We appreciate the support and partnership of the Office of Information Technology and look forward to continuing to improve the student web experience.
