    Dangerous Weapons

Information on dangerous weapons can be found on page 6 of The Code. The Code applies to all members of the University community, as well as all others on University premises.

The ability and freedom to teach, learn and develop depends upon appropriate opportunities and conditions in the classroom, in the residence hall, elsewhere on campus and in the greater academic community. The University has developed procedures and policies to safeguard this process and to maintain an environment conducive to the learning process.

The Code of Conduct provides details on the established procedures to adjudicate all academic and non-academic disciplinary complaints, ensure due process and handle policy violations. For additional information, see the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.
